It's been ages since I last submitted anything to the Mirror Project, but now I have two new submissions:
In other news we spent the weekend in Southampton. We saw a 70ish old man wearing a fetish rubber trenchcoat at Waitrose. We ate fish and chips.
waiting for fish & chips.
drive back to London.
You know, in that top picture, I suppose what's really going on is you're wearing a black jacket over some pink-backgrounded floral print, or something... But the tone od that pink background so closely matches the skin tone that it almost looks like it's some lace/fishnet thingie with strategically placed patches...
Rawr, either way. ;)
hi nomi.. i was looking at the info with the first photo and stumbled into the wild coho web page from there. what a great menu they have. check out this menu from a b/b in ashville, nc, i visited earlier this year. it truly has some of the best food i've ever had...ever. i think you'd like the their menu. guten appetit.
The Wild Coho is amazing, one of the best restaurants in Port Townsend and, I think, one of the best I've ever been to in general. It also helps that the chef gives us free amuse-bouche and desserts. :)
Two of my favorite Wild Coho dishes are the Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter, Sage and Crème Fraiche and the Warm Chocolate Cake.. oh I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
I'm not sure if I'll ever make it to Ashville, but that menu looks incredible.
Hokay, I submitted my shades photo for approval. And I realised that this and this almost count, except you can't see the camera in either of them, and it doesn't look like I took the first one, and you can only see a little bit of me in the second one. I'm tempted to trawl my old photos for more mirror shots now. Hmmm... I'm sure I should have better things to do ;)
Congratulations! Your photograph has been added to The Mirror Project.
I got another one this weekend too - in the horn of a trumpet (well, actually I think it was a tenor horn or somesuch)
Yes, I'm camping at the mo and spotted our friends' big metal salad bowl on the table yesterday, with my reflection peeking over the rim. My first instinct was to grab my camera.
Funny though, I haven't got any mirror shots that actually involve mirrors yet :)
