Those are very nice! The colors are so rich — what camera did you use? Did you tweak the colors afterward?
The pictures of the walls remind me of a similar series I took in Friuli in 2000. (The cover of my If You Have A Bad Dream... mix CD is from there, although it's one that Jed took.)
My favorite is the one with the green lawn and the leafless bush with the red flowers at the tips. I only wish you'd taken it from a slightly lower angle to silhouette the flowers against the sky!
Thank you! I borrowed Max's father's camera, it's a Sony but I can't remember what exactly, except that it's a 2 megapixel. It was a pleasure to use a camera that isn't falling apart. No colour tweaking oh the photos, but on a couple the brightness/contrast were upped very slightly.
Do you have those Friuli photos online? I love that cover, Jed is a good photographer!
ah, well, next time I go back I'll try to get the photo a little lower for you. ;)
I have those photos, but not online. I'll have to cull through them and pick out the best to upload. That one photo of Jed's was amazing, and I didn't even discover it until 18 months later when I was searching for a cover for that CD! I'm afraid the rest of his are mostly very blurry close-ups of radiators — he was fascinated by the radiators at that house. (I did actually use one of those for the back cover of that CD.)
