I hope you're able to visit again someday soon!
It's a shame that cross-Atlantic travel is so expensive. We're about to buy our tickets for America in September and it looks like we'll be paying around £1,000 +. It's gone up nearly £200 per person since we last travelled in Sept.. I certainly hope it doesn't continue to rise or else I'll only be able to see my family in the heart of winter.
oh my god, sooooo good! It's almost too easy to drink, I had about 3 bottles that eve and I'm developing an addiction. I can't find it in very many pubs (the brewer is Wells).
It doesn't rate highly on most of those beer rating websites- some complain it has an artificial taste- but I haven't noticed this myself. So screw em, I love it. :)
i just came across something that confused the hell out of me and i believe you're the only one who can help! (considering the story came from London)

"Do chuggers bother you when you want to rock up to a restaurant with your cockapoo to hoover a supersized ruby murray?"
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?! hehehe
and, have you ever heard of 'happy slapping?' a violent new london trend..
Not sure what a "chugger" or "cockapoo" is, but "hoover" means eating fast and "ruby murray" is curry.
Yes, happy slapping is apparently becoming more and more common, often in schools and parks. I haven't witnessed it myself.
